                     Supervision

Compassion Focused Supervision

Compassion Focused Therapy is not only supportive for clients. We, as practitioners, can also benefit from adopting the framework of CFT within supervision. In the three flows of compassion (from ourselves to others, from others towards us and self compassion), there are often blocks in the way we are able to consider ourselves compassionately.  Our practice can really flourish when we expand our own capacity for compassion for ourselves as therapists. My motivation is to support other therapists in their clinical work but also their own development and wellbeing. I believe compassion is crucial to therapist wellbeing and authentic practice.

Whether you are already using CFT in your practice or feel you could benefit from a compassion focused approach in supervision, please do get in touch.
